Ohyeah...

Perfection. Too bad it didn't get used in the anim. The end's a little strange though, sounds like it stops before it's done.

Chymo responds:

That's what he wanted to happen. An interrupted ending. Thanks again for the comment.

Ohyeah.

Getting better and better! I really like this one... I was thinking, how does this sound sped up? It could be cool, and it could ruin the song. I dunno, this is nice anyhow (2.37 after i voted, that's a load of bulls**t).

Chymo responds:

I know man, it was on 1.76 last time I checked. Clearly there's a lot of people who don't like my music ay.

N1!

Love it... Double bass beats ftw. Is that EZDrummer perhaps? Sounds great however. And this is overly awesome because unlike many other metal remixes, this isn't unnecessary fast. Some just speed away in insane speeds, but this is, IMO, a lot cooler. Good job!

Sonofkirk responds:

Hey man. No that wasn't EZDrummer, it was Acoustica BeatCraft. Now I use Addictive drums :P.
Yeah, I like when it's slow and when it grooves a lot : ).
Thanks for the great review bro \m/

Woo!

I like! This one had a more jazzy feel to it. Again, fantastic bassline. The vibraphone sound is cool, like it. Is this recorded with real instruments or are they synths? Cause this sounds very realistic. Nice job!

Chymo responds:

They're MIDI instruments, but they are extremely good ones. I think they've all been recorded from real instruments, at least it sounds that way. I had to make the double bass instrument myself, just by messing with settings on a different instrument. I think it sounds close to the real thing.

Awesomesauce!

Gah. I'm speechless.

...

Holy crap. That was amazing! Dude! Epic intro, great choice of instruments, the percussion, THE PIANO-woah.

Chymo responds:

I'm glad you enjoyed it. It's great to hear good reviews from artists who are better known of NG like you and cycerin. The 2nd part is in the making as we speak. I won't be able to mix it properly until the end of the week, as I currently have no access to speakers.

That's kinda cool!

I enjoyed that! The intro sounded like some sort of wacky church song with the organ and all, and then the jumpy percussion came in, man that was cool! Love the bleeping sound in the percussion loop. Scratching's cool too. This reminds me of a swedish band called "Detektivbyrån"... And they are awesome, which means that this is awesome as well! Nice job.

Chymo responds:

Thanks again Mad-Muppet. I'm liking all these 10's your giving me =P

Hey...

That is one helluva bassline!

Chymo responds:

Lol, cheers mate.

Woah.

Amazing. This should be in ambient IMO. I love the thing you do around 1:15 where you switch drums to the one panned to the left. How did you do that effect to that drum? sounds like cutoff or something. The piano/epiano is really relaxing and mellow, fits great. Would be awesome with just a tiny tiny melody or maybe an extra note somewhere or maybe even a piano solo. The electronic distorted stuff that swirl around is awesome too, sounds extremely professional. Great job, dude.

Chymo responds:

Cheers again man. The drums, I used an effect on the track called an "Automatic Filter", which is, essentially, a modulation effect. For the drums changing to from the right to the left, I simply had two different drum tracks, one on the ride side, and one on the left. I just switched between the two. I thought it would help enforce the change in the track feel, the bridge, and I think it worked effectively. At some point I plan to rework all my old tunes, with the knowledge I have now. Also it peaks all over the place, so it could do with an EQuing anyways.

Woah.

Oh man. That was awesome. I'm.... Speechless.

Don't ever stop.

padlock916 responds:

thanks dude, thanks.

Amazing!

Loved it! The bells were very atmospheric... Great work, man. You totally rock!

F-777 responds:
